Westville Landing Clubhouse – The Developers of Westville Landing strove to maintain the history of the property by renovating the original Tatterson house, which is used as the Community’s premier amenity. The Clubhouse meticulously maintains the original features of the home while providing a first-class facility for Homeowner use.

Clubhouse Lounge Area – The Clubhouse features a lounge area with a gas fireplace, a card/meeting room, and a gathering area. The facility is available daily for homeowner use. Homeowners may also reserve these areas for community functions, family gatherings or local club/committee meetings.

Fitness Room – The new 1st floor addition, features the aquatic/fitness room which includes a resistance pool with an in-water treadmill. The room will also include homeowner focused fitness equipment and exercise accessories.

Guest Suite – Last, but not least the Association offers private a 2 bedroom guest suite for visiting family and friends that can be reserved separately or together. The suite has its own entrance and features split bedrooms (1 king, 2 full beds) with separate baths as well as a living/TV room and kitchenette. The area is available by reservation on a first come first serve basis.
